Happy 4th Anniversary team Burnt Mill!!
To celebrate our first birthday we brewed our first Triple IPA. A simple malt base of Extra Pale, Wheat and Oats gave us a wort that was then hopped in the whirlpool with Citra Cryo and dry hopped over three stages with a blend of Citra BBC, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus BBC. Cheers!
