厳選ブレンドされたCentennial、 Chinook、 Simcoeを投入し醸造しました。

透き通った黄金の液体から放たれる、ホップ由来の柑橘感、松の味わい、そして苦味が魅力。

Many have visited. Many have enjoyed our beers. And surprisingly, many have misplaced their billfold here. Pickpockets? Negatory. We've heard this sentiment proclaimed many times over and over and over... whether intentional or not, it's a classic case of one simply leaving their personal belongings and money in El Segundo. Which leaves us asking ourselves, "why would you leave something so important behind?" It's a question we can't answer, but can only ponder. The most baffling thing of all is, that in lieu of hopping into an old Dodge Dart and embarking on a treacherous journey of returning to said location to retrieve what is rightfully yours, you've burdened us with the difficult task of tracking down your wallets. Alas, we had but one choice, that which is to oblige you. Luckily for you, if you've left your wallet at El Segundo Brewing Company, we've found it.
