ハーブティーにも使われるハニーサックルを加えオーク樽発酵、熟成 ワイルドフラワーハニーを加えてボトルコンディション
Honeysuckle saison brewed in April of 2018. Composed of rye, oats, and Czech Saaz hops. Fermented with saison yeast in a large oak foudre and conditioned on locally gathered honeysuckle. Bottled in June of 2018 and conditioned in the bottle with local wildflower honey.
