オリジナルのセゾン酵母を使いオーク樽で発酵した後、ハイビスカス、ブルーベルバイン、シールドリーフスイバを加えコンディション
Brewed in June of 2018. Composed of a simple four grain base, and fermented in a large oak foudre with our saison yeast. Conditioned on local shield-leaf sorrel, as well as flowers of hibiscus and bluebellvine.
