東京のNamachan Brewingとのコラボ。Namachan Brewingが得意とするスモークビールに楽しいことを試みました。使用する麦芽をNamachan Brewingで独自にスモークし、セゾン酵母を使用。スモーキーなのにフルーティー、そしてドライな面白いビールが完成。一度は試してみてこのユニークさに触れてほしい商品です。
A collaboration with Namachan Brewing in Otsuka Tokyo. They are famous for their smoked beers so we decided to try something fun. We sent them our favorite Simpsons wheat malt and had them smoke it in-house. We then used that along with a Saison yeast to create a smoky, fruity, and dry beer that is complex and unlike any beer, we have ever made. The smoke is bold but the fruity background notes come in and out making the beer quite refreshing. A one-time experience everyone should try!
