ラクトースとオーツ麦、バニラを使用した「ミルクシェイクIPA」。今回のフレーバーはストロベリー！ ストロベリーの少し酸味のある味わいと、Hopからくるジューシーさと、そして軽い苦みのバランスが抜群。 甘すぎない喉越しがクセになる、まるで大人のストロベリーシェイク。
It has been a while but we are back with another take on the milkshake IPA beer style. We loaded this beer with oats and lactose to give a creamy mouthfeel that when matched with the vanilla and strawberry puree gives an aroma of strawberry ice cream. The beer is balanced with a slight bitterness from the juicy hops to prevent the beer from getting cloying or tiring as it is being drunk.
