丁寧ににスモークした複数種類の麦芽を使用し、XOコニャックの樽で熟成したインペリアル・バルチック・ポーター
A gently smoked multigrain Imperial Baltic Porter aged in a blend of XO Cognac barrels.
Taste: Toasted coconut and charcoal grilled flatbreads smeared with blackcurrant jam mingle with sticky toffee pudding and warming winter spices. Red grapes and a hint of spicy rye round out the palate, with a warming cognac aftertaste.
Appearance: Light black with a light brown head.
Nose: Rich and smoky with hints of toasted oak and freshly baked bread.
Malts: Pale malt, Munich malt, Cherry smoked pale malt, Peated malt, Oak smoked wheat malt, Cara 300, Carafa T-2 special, Special B, Muscavado sugar
Hops: Columbus, Chinook, Eureka!
OG 26.7° ; FG 6.2° ; IBU 40
Serve 12–16˚C
