エルセドロは、シムコとアマリロ、シトラのホップでドライホッピングされたファームハウスエールです。ステンレスタンク内でスペイン産スギの木板で熟成されています。野生酵母の存在下でホップが魅力的な変化を遂げるのが素晴らしく、熟した柑橘の風味が木板から香るアロマとよく溶け合っています。
El Cedro is a farmhouse ale dry-hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra and aged on Spanish Cedar spirals in stainless steel. We love how the dry-hops go through a fascinating transformation in the presence of wild yeast. The overripened citrus character melds well with the cedar closet aromatics from the spirals.
