深い樹脂のようなバックボーンと、煮沸中に加えたコロンバスの心地よい苦味がバランスを取り、樹脂と松の苦味がフィニッシュの余韻として残ります。
Cranking up the dankometer for this double West Coast IPA, we have used the illustrious combination of Strata and Cryo-Columbus hops to enhance the herbal notes and flavours of sticky grapefruit, mango and subtle passionfruit. A deep resinous backbone and pleasant bitterness from the Columbus additions during the boil helps to balance this WCIIPA, making it the perfect late night munchie accompaniment.
