米、ピルスナーモルト、チョコレートモルト、ライモルトを使用。アルコール度数以上のマウスフィールを持ちつつも、美しくクリーンでキレのある味わいが心地よい。軽めののビターチョコレートフィニッシュが絶妙で、度数の高いスタウトでは少し重すぎるときにそっと寄り添ってくれる。

Kogarashi is a dark rice lager which we have brewed to bring in the beginning of the winter months. Its malt bill consists predominantly of rolled rice, pilsner malt and small portion of chocolate and rye malts that give it it's gorgeous dark colour and tanned foam. We're tasting a beautifully clean and crisp beer, that boasts a mouthfeel well above it's ABV. The flavours are light-medium in bitterness and roast with an ever so light bitter chocolate finish. Absolutely perfect for a cool winter afternoon when a big stout seems a little too much.
