Starting out with one of the oldest mixed cultures at Future Mountain each batch of Wonders of Nature takes on a life of its own as its personality develops. The barrel fermentation of wonder of nature drifts and moves each time, which makes it a very challenging but rewarding beer when released.
Upon first sip your mouth will salivate from the tartness which opens up into a juicy pineapple mouthful. If you let it slightly warm in the glass the earthy funk characteristics develop. This is the perfect ale to start your farmhouse ale journey with, accessible yet complex.
