It's been 9 months in the making but FORTUNE TELLING LADY is ready for release!
A blend of our golden sour stock went onto these beautiful Morello sour cherries from Cobradah Farms back in December 2021.
After refermentation, further maturation, separation and months of bottle conditioning this years FTL is both bright in colour and in acidity. This blend has aromatics of oak with a small amount of spice, great texture with intense rich cherry alongside some floral notes. The skin of the cherry is present along with a beautiful subtle fruity funk that underpins this years Fortune Telling Lady.
