ナイアガラ種の白ブドウを使用して再発酵させたグレープエール。Nelson Sauvin ホップを使用しドライホッピングを施してある。白ブドウのジュースやグミの様な瑞々しいフレーバー、シトラスの皮の様な爽快なキャラクターが感じられる。ライトな飲み口でジューシーなフレーバーが口内に広がるも甘さは控えめで柔らかな酸味によってドライに締めくくられる。
