最近ギャレスの好きなホップの組み合わせはStrataとCitraです。この二つですごく良い感じのパッションフルーツの香りと味が出せます。今回のHazy IPAはきっちり同量を入れ、いつもと違う酵母も使用。よりボディが残るように醸造してみました。さらにジューシーさを感じられるように出来上がってます！ぜひのんでみてくださいね。！

We went with a recent favorite hop combination here at Be Easy for this Hazy IPA. The combination of Strata and Citra brings full-on passionfruit to the nose and on the palate. We split the hop bill down the middle so you will get a 50/50 experience of those two hops. Our yeast has changed up from our typical Hazy yeast to something that will give a bit more body in the end to add more juiciness. Enjoy!
