The Nomi Hodaï is a collab brewed with our friends of the Oxbow Brewing Company, established in Maine, USA. The two main specialties of this excellent brewery are farmhouse ales and thirst-quenching beers. The Nomi Hodaï is part of this second category. Its particularity is to contain rice in addition to malted barley - a first for us, but we could count on Oxbow's experience in this matter. It is a blond beer of 4,5%, with a present but relatively discreet bitterness. The rice gives it a great lightness and a nice dry finish, which increases its drinkability. It is dry-hopped with a mixture of old and new varieties, focused on the noble hop character. They bring fresh floral and herbal notes, as well as a subtle fruitiness reminiscent of strawberry and peach.
