We made this dark kettle sour with the warmer weather and cherry blossam season in mind. The acidity of the American dark cherries combine with the acidity of the base beer for fruity aromas and flavors. The small additions of Nelson Sauvin hops add to the fruity aromas and flavors while providing a bit of bitterness to balance out the sourness. The dark malts and low finishing gravity make for a dry, crisp finish with a slightly roasty aftertaste. Cheers and enjoy!
