クリアな淡い銅色のボディに、シトラスで柑橘系のアロマに、ダンクな香り、ミディアムボディにドライなフィニッシュ。IPACONDA（イパコンダ）とはルネ・マグリットの油彩画”ゴルコンダ”からの由来。ゴルコンダはコートと山高帽を被った同一の男性が多数浮遊している絵画で、その風景をIPA醸造においてホップを大量にタンクに投下する場面と重ね合わせる。ラベルデザインはゴルコンダに描かれるコートを着た男性だ。

Ipaconda! is an American IPA style beer, an India Pale Ale beer reinterpreted in an American key, with a bitter and hoppy character.

In appearance it is a clean beer, golden in color with copper reflections, clear and with a clear and persistent foam. Ipaconda! is an intense beer whose aromatic profile includes notes of citrus, resin and tropical fruit, including nuances of spices and melon.

The drink is satisfying, rich in aromatic hints released by the hops, you can also perceive the presence of the cereal. The alcohol content supports the well-present, resinous bitter component of the Idaho7 and Citra hops.

The body is medium, the result is a dry, fresh and characterful beer.

Ipaconda! takes its name from Magritte's painting, Golconda!, in which men in bowler hats ascend and descend from the sky, with a building in the background. Here, when Ipaconda! is brewed and the hops are poured into the brew, the same image is found: hops ascending and hops descending.
