A tribute to Earth Day and a celebration of a local ingredient from Chiaravalle. A hymn to breaking traditional wheat cultivation methods.
In collaboration with the Milanese bakery Davide Longoni, Grain Breaking was created using rye from Chiaravalle Milanese, an area where some of the cereals used to make the bakery's products are grown organically.
Rustic RYE IPA in which the rye gives a spicy and almost hot touch that boldly combines with the notes of mango and pineapple given by the American hops generously used at every stage.
Golden and clear, smooth in every sip with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
