ホップの苦みは程よく、麦芽由来の甘みとビスケットのような香ばしさ、中程度のアルコール、後味は味わい深く、少し時間をかけて飲みたいデュンケルボック。"GLITCH SLAP"とは平手打ちを意味する。現代のライト趣向にGLITCH SLAPの麦芽由来の甘みとアルコールで"平手打ち"だ。

A real “ slap ” on the taste buds, Glitch Slap is an amber beer in the Dunkel Bock style, a classic example of the German style of the Lager family, bottom-fermented beers.

Amber with copper reflections, it is a beer with intense aromas of malt and caramel, with toasted notes and a delicate alcoholic part.

The foam cap is dense, creamy, persistent, ivory.

At first taste the complexity of the flavors emerge, the malty parts are dominant, the caramel ones follow. The flavor is medium sweet, full and then ends with a dry finish, with a clean and malty aftertaste. The body is full, round, enveloping, with a light alcoholic warmth.

We called it Glitch Slap, a slap of flavor and color for lovers of intense, moderately alcoholic and sweet beers.
