京都醸造が造る、地元京都のための特別なビール第二弾「ゆらぎ」。
ゆらぎは、麦畑に吹く心地の良い風をイメージしたブロンドエール。一般的にアメリカンかベルジャンに分類されるこのスタイルですが、今回は両方の”いいとこどり”が出来るよう造りました。
ブレンドした麦芽の味わいの深さと、ベルジャン酵母由来の複雑味が合わさり、飲みやすさと飲みごたえを兼ね備えています。

The name, Yuragi, roughly equates to "flow" and we pictured the thought of a field of growing barley in a warm breeze when we came up with it.
While not full of dark and highly impactful malts, the balance between notes from the yeast and the malt blend really makes the Belgian blonde the drinkable and satisfying style that it is. We went for modern developed hops, but ones that have the spice, herb, and mild citrus that work well with the delicate balance of this classic style.
