パシフィックノースウェストで人気のビアスタイルにAlesong流のアレンジを加えた、これまでで最もホッピーなビール。フレンチオーク樽で18カ月熟成させたブレット発酵セゾンを、大量のエルドラドホップエキスで醸造された若いフーダー熟成のビールとブレンドし、さらにたっぷりとドライホップを加えた。ジューシーでトロピカルなフレーバーとアロマが弾け、熟成したビールの複雑な酵母プロフィールと完璧に融合。

Say hello to our hoppiest beer yet: Silver Lining! This juicy farmhouse ale is a very Alesong take on the PNW’s favorite beer style and an evolution of what we’ve made with our previous oak-aged farmhouse ales. We took barrels of 18-month-old, brett-fermented saison from the cellar and blended them with younger, foeder-matured beer that was brewed with copious amounts of El Dorado hop extract. The final blend was then liberally dry-hopped and bursts with juicy, tropical flavors and aromas that meld perfectly with the complex yeast profile of the more mature beer. As Jerry would say, every Silver Lining’s got a Touch of Brett!
