We work with our colleagues from Nord Snaps to produce this beer. We get the spent fruit from their liquor production and age the beer on it for a year.

Orange amber with a tight white head. Light-bodied and bright in the mouth. The nose is jammy with fruit liqueur, unripe raspberries and hints of wet forest. On the palate, the bubbles are delicate, creating a creamy texture, that complements the beer's bright acidity and complex flavours of wild strawberries and red currants, followed by rye biscuits and some hints of warm spice. Ends with gentle acidity and elegant, warming alcohol.
