5種類のジャーマンモルトを組み合わせたボディは黄金色に澄み渡り、大きなオフホワイトのフォームが立ち上がる。フローラルでトースティーな香ばしいアロマに誘われ、さらに味わうことでそれが増幅される。強いモルトの骨格があり、若干の甘みがありながらのキレが素晴らしい。
Our spin on a German Festbier is the crown jewel among these releases. We’ve started with a smooth, clean, pale German lager. It pours golden and clear into a tankard, with a huge foam whip. Floral and toasty doughy aromatics entice you in, with the same amplified on the palate. There’s a strong malt backbone that has some sweetness, yet remains crisp. The natural carbonation keeps things extremely creamy, with a snappy bitterness to finish things off.
