A traditional German-style pilsner with a unique twist. We've brewed this lager using German malt, hops, and yeast for an authentic foundation. What sets it apart is the innovative use of discarded Igusa from a local tatami shop, adding an extra layer of complexity.
As you take in the aroma, delicate notes of sweet grass and woody tones transport you to a fresh Tatami room, evoking memories of untouched simplicity. The beer, with a standard ABV, invites you to savor it in the company of friends and family in a tatami room, creating a bridge between tradition and craft.
