The first in a series of single hop beers fermented with London Fog yeast.
Super pale and wheat make up the malt bill, to provide a soft base for the huge pineapple and citrus character of Galaxy hops. Hopped in the whirlpool and extensively in the fermenter for bright, over-ripe tropical aromatics!
