1つの事象には常に複数が存在し、共にせめぎ合い均衡が保たれています。今回のLEVEL1では、Galaxyホップがスポットライトを浴びるよう、パッションフルーツやパイナップルのアロマを引き出すためにTopazとBRU-1ホップを使用。ジューシーなNew England Styleに仕上がっています。
Mutiverse is a series of beers in which we explore what it means for a single beer to exist in multiple states. Each beer has similarities and differences, each connected but existing in its own unique state. Level I starts with extra pale, chit & flaked oats that provide a soft base where Galaxy hops take the spotlight, supported by Topaz & Bru-1 for aromas of passion fruit, resin and pineapple.
