暑い夏の日にぴったりの爽やかさ。 ブラックベリーベレーは、ベルギー産ウィットのやや甘くスパイシーなボディに、のどの渇きを癒すブラックベリーの酸味を重ねた。 イングリッシュ・ケント・ゴールディング・ホップが、アーシーな苦味のバランスを取りながら、全体を引き締めている。
Perfectly refreshing for a hot summer’s day. Blackberry beret has the slightly sweet and spicy body of a Belgian Wit, over which we layered the thirst quenching tartness of blackberries. English Kent Golding hops round things out with a balancing note of earthy bitterness.
The rain sounds so cool when it hits the brewery roof,
