トラディショナルな味わいが楽しめるベルジャンスタイルのウィットビア。乾燥させたオレンジピール、コリアンダーそしてフレークさせた小麦を使用。オレンジの皮やレモンを想わせるシトラシーで爽快なフレーバー、スパイシーなニュアンスに仄かに熟れてないバナナの風味が感じられる。クリーミーなマウスフィールと共にフルーティーな味わいが口内に広がり、最後ドライに締めくくられる。

KIRI 霧 (meaning “mist” in Japanese) combines dried orange peel, coriander, flaked wheat and a small percentage of oats in the grist to create a straw-coloured Belgian wheat ale we hope Pierre Celis would approve. The oats are key here, providing a delightful creamy texture that stages notes of tangerine pith, bright lemon, spice, and a hint of under ripe banana. Light and bubbly with a dry finish, our Belgian Wit is a delicate example of a style that was almost lost to history. We raise our glass and thank god its not!
