カシスとジュニパーベリーのフルーツサワー。
カシスをメインに、ジュニパーベリー、スターアニスを効かせたルビー色のフルーツサワー。濃色系のクリスタルモルトを使用して、しっかりとした味わいに仕上げた麦汁にカシスと投入。そこにジンにも使われるジュニパーベリーを漬け込んだうえで、隠し味にスターアニスを潜ませました。
グラスに注ぐと濃い麦汁とカシスが混ざり合う、ルビーにも似た深い赤。立ち上る香りは、カシスだけではなく、ジュニパーベリーとスターアニスが重なった多層的な香りを感じられます。口に含めば、カシスと酵母の酸味が渾然一体となった甘酸っぱさが広がります。飲んだあとの清涼感はジュニパーベリーとスターアニスによるもの。この清涼感が次の一口へと誘うことでしょう。さらに温度が上がると、カシスの香りが開き、グラスのなかでおきる変化を楽しんでいただけます。

We are releasing "PURPLE TOWN," a ruby-hued fruit sour brewed with cassis as the main ingredient, complemented by juniper berries and a hint of star anise. While our summer sours are crisp and refreshing, as autumn arrives, we long for something to savor more slowly. "PURPLE TOWN" is our take on a seasonal sour ale, perfect for the cooler months. We brewed it with dark crystal malts for a rich base. To this, we added cassis and steeped juniper berries. A touch of star anise provides additional depth.
In the glass, it reveals a deep ruby hue, with layered aromas of cassis, juniper, and star anise. The flavor is a harmonious blend of cassis sweetness and yeast-driven tartness, with a cooling finish thanks to the juniper and star anise. As it warms slightly, the cassis aromas bloom, offering an evolving experience with each sip.
