Cellador流パンプキンビールであるかぼちゃとセージを使用して造られたアンバーセゾン。鉄兜かぼちゃと黒ふつかぼちゃをローストし4カ月間漬込み発酵、更にセージを投入し熟成の後蜂蜜を加えてボトルコンディションを6カ月施した。トーストされたかぼちゃのキャラクターと黒糖を想わせるまったりとした風味、そしてハーバルでアーシーなニュアンスが感じられる。スムースな飲み口と共に爽快な酸味と少々のスパイシーさが感じられる。複雑な味わいをまったりと楽しみたい一杯に仕上がった。

A pumpkin beer a year in the making!
As anyone who tried our previous release, “Gourde Fumee,” knows, when we do pumpkin beers, we do them our way. This new release is a copper-colored wild ale (in the neighborhood of a Bière de Garde), aged on roasted Tetsukabuto and Black Futsu squash from Tutti Frutti Farms in Lompoc.
After four months fermenting on the squash, we infused it with locally picked white sage and conditioned it with honey before aging for an additional six months in the bottle!
The result? A truly unique pumpkin beer with notes of toasted pumpkin and brown sugar mingling with earthy sage and a touch of wildflower honey, all wrapped in a refreshingly tart and subtly spicy blanket. This beer is both comforting and complex, perfect for sipping on a crisp fall evening.
