スキンコンタクトを施したリースリングの果汁で発酵させたワイルドエール。ボトリングの際に蜂蜜を加えてボトルコンディションされている。ジューシーな洋梨、白桃やグーズベリーを想わせる風味、パイナップルを彷彿とさせるトロピカルなフレーバー、そしてオレンジブロッサムの様なフローラルさ、バニラの様なキャラクターに少々のスパイシーさが感じられる。キリッとしたカーボネーションと共にフルーティな味わいとすっきりとした酸味が感じられ、最後蜂蜜の甘味と共に心地良くフィニッシュ。まるでオレンジワインの様な一本に仕上がっている。
