ストーンフルーツを中心に様々なフルーツを使用して作られたワイルドエール。他のビールで使用された二次利用のアプリコットをワイン樽入れ、ベースビールを4か月漬込み一次発酵を施した。その後にラズベリー、ブラッドオレンジ、ネクタリン、そしてピーチを入れて半年間更に熟成。ラズベリージャムの様なキャラクター、明るいブラッドオレンジの爽快な風味、そしてストーンフルーツのジューシーなフレーバー、さらにトロピカルみやファンキーさが感じられる。キリッとしたマウスフィールと共にフルーティで程よい酸味が口内にあふれ、最後すっきりドライに締めくくられる。味わい豊かながら気軽に飲める至極の一本。

Last year, Crimson was a draft-only nearly-secret release that you had to be at one of our events or at the right bar at the right time to taste. It’s a beer we fell in love with for its nuanced fruit and refreshing character. We knew we had to bring it back, and we’re incredibly proud to finally release it in cans for the very first time.

Crimson is an expression of bright, juicy fruit, thoughtfully blended for balance and drinkability. The profile is led by raspberry—providing a vibrant, jammy core that is the clear focus of the beer. That raspberry is beautifully supported by blood orange, which adds a bright, citrus lift, while stone fruit rounds out the palate with a soft, subtle sweetness. You’ll even find surprising tropical notes weaving through every sip.

It all comes together with a bright, present acidity that’s lively and cleansing, but never so sharp that you can’t immediately reach for another sip.

This is the perfect beer to share. It’s an ideal can to bring to a picnic, to open with friends on the patio, or to pair with light, bright foods. We love it with a creamy goat cheese, fresh ceviche, or even dessert.
