ブラックベリーの味わいを上品に表現したファームハウスエール。ブラックベリーの味わいを引き立てるべくベースビールにはMandarina Bavariaホップを使用。ベリーのジューシーな風味が支配的で、ホップ由来のタンジェリンを思わせるシトラシーなキャラクターとトロピカルなニュアンス、そしてファンキーさがレイヤーとなって花を添える。スムースな飲み口と共にバランス感に優れたフルーティな酸味が口内に広がり、最後すっきりとドリアに締めくくられる。食事と共に楽しめる一本に仕上がった

We wanted a beer that captured the shift in the season—something with depth, but still bright enough to drink like a classic farmhouse ale.

Today, we are releasing Blackberry Saison.

This isn’t a heavy fruit bomb; it is a tart, elegant saison designed for the table. We started with a simple base brewed with Mandarina Bavaria hops, weaving layers of tangerine and tropical character into the beer that perfectly boost the bright berry notes.

Pouring a stunning deep plum and garnet hue, it balances the brambly fruit character with our signature dry, funk-forward finish. It is elegant enough to pair with savory main courses and refreshing enough to reset your palate after a rich dessert.
