ネクタリン、アプリコット、そしてピーチを使用したワイルドエール。今回使用したストーンフルーツは全てMasumoto Family Farmで収穫されたもの。ストーンフルーツのジューシーで明るい風味が全面に感じられ、オレンジの皮を想わせる爽快なフレーバー、蜂蜜の様なまったりとしたキャラクター、そしてファンキーさが華を添える。スムースなマウスフィールと共にフルーティーな甘酸っぱさが口内いっぱいに広がる。ストーンフルーツの魅力が存分に詰まった一本。

Back in 2019 we were honored to be the first brewery to use Masumoto apricots in a beer. The Masumoto family had only ever grown peaches and nectarines, but they had been working on some apricot trees for a number of years that were finally starting to produce fruit.

Back then as part of our third anniversary we released a very small batch of this beer that was packaged exclusively in 1.5 L magnums. This year we’re bringing it back in cans as a much bigger batch!

This years release is much less sour than its predecessor. A hint of funky aged hop character sneaks into the aroma. And the flavor is bright stone fruit with some orange zest, honey & sweet tart flavors.

NAP is made with Masumoto Golden Sweet Apricots, Spring Bright Nectarines, & Spring Lady Peaches. We’re extremely excited with how it turned out and can’t wait for you to try it.
