Odelette is a Bière de Garde lagered in a Missouri oak foeder for eight weeks. Dry yet rich, this malt forward farmhouse ale was brewed and garde during the cooler months welcoming the spring. Created with ingredients farmed in the Pacific Northwest. Fermented with our house blend of wild and feral yeasts and bacterias
