お互いに好きなビアスタイルを語り合い、Dunkelweizen を仕込むことに。西条産のはだか麦と小麦を使用した特別な一杯に。

ヴァイツェンらしいバナナやクローブの香りに、焙煎麦芽由来のヘーゼルナッツのような香ばしさが心地よく調和しています。ほのかな甘みがありながら、後味はシャープに消えていくため、飲み疲れせずに何杯でも楽しめるビールに仕上がりました。クラフトワークスでの楽しい夜に、最高の相棒となることでしょう！

A collaboration between Hongo beer bar CRAFTWORKS and GROUNDTAP BREWERY.
After discussing our favourite beer styles, we decided to brew a Dunkelweizen. It’s a special drink made with naked barley and wheat from Saijo.

Bighand Bros. Beer’s tasting comment:
The banana and clove aromas characteristic of a weizen are matched with the roasted flavour from the roasted malt. It has a refreshing taste with just the right amount of acidity and spiciness.

GROUNDTAP BREWERY’s tasting comment:
The banana and clove aromas typical of a weizen are comfortably balanced with the hazelnut-like aroma from the roasted malt. It has a subtle sweetness with a clean finish, so you can enjoy drinking tirelessly. It will be the perfect companion for a fun night at Craftworks!
