東京のビアバー シュチニクリン（ @syuchinikurin_tokyo ）さんとのコラボレーション。点心に合うビールをコンセプトに、アルコール度数控えめのブラウンエールを醸造しました。
台湾産凍頂烏龍茶葉と沖縄産黒糖を大量に投入し、黒糖烏龍ミルクティーのようなニュアンスを再現。
シルキーな口当たりと烏龍茶由来の穏やかな苦みが心地よく、焼売とも相性抜群です。
A collaboration with Tokyo beer bar, Shuchinikurin. Based on the concept of a beer that goes well with dim sum, we brewed a low-alcohol brown ale.
A large amount of Okinawan brown sugar and Dong Ding oolong tea leaves from Taiwan are used to recreate the nuances of brown sugar oolong milk tea. The silky texture and mild bitterness from the oolong tea are pleasant, and it goes perfectly with Shumai.
