Our friends at Crosby Hop Farms grow a lot of the hops that go into our beer. They’re always coming up with new cool stuff (new hop varieties! Concentrated goo! Cryogenically frozen stuff!) and since we’re friends - they send us their new cool stuff for use in our ongoing beer experiments.
With our Fall seasonal, Focus IPA, we’re dialing down on the curious characteristics of one hop variety. But in order to get those characteristics into FOCUS, we need a few different PERSPECTIVES, which is why we’ve got a VIEW-MASTER (Version 4.0) on draft only.
Hops: Crosby Amarillo, Crosby Idaho 7, NZ Nelson, Idaho 7 CGX
Malts: Rahr Pilsner, GW 2-Row, Breiss Flaked Brown Rice, Acidulated
Yeast: WLP-001
