“ホップタウン”で知られるヤキマバレーのホップ農家とブルワリーの架け橋を担う、『Yakima Chief Hops ( @yakimachief )』とのコラボレーションビールが実現！

「Starwatcher Cryo」以来、WCBとしては2回目となる、 YCHの希少なクライオ・ホップ(アイダホ7)を使ってドライホッピング。

一口飲めば、完熟みかんの香りがジュワッと弾け、
パイナップルや樹脂のようなホップフレーバーが後追い。
丸みのある口当たりにはジューシー感があふれ、ほんのりダンクな風味でメリハリを付けてフィニッシュ。

大地の恵みを全身に感じ、広大なホップ畑に想いを馳せながら、今日も一言。

Our Hop Heroes teamed up with the recipe gurus at @yakimachiefhops for a little early spring ocean-spanning collab action. Idaho 7 CRYO HOPS are featured in this concoction in all of their glory, in our first go at the mystical “Mountain IPA” style. The result is a mega danky juicy tropical fruit nose, with a full body (thank you hazy grain bill) and Idaho 7 really shining through, bringing it home with a smashingly refereshing orange juicy fruit flavor rush. Illustration for the collab features our Hop Dudes in the fields at Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, Idaho - the birthplace of the fantastic variety that our Alchemist can’t wait to explore more. Japan is always a touch late to the hop party because of logistics, but now that the Alchemist has his hands on 2020 goodies... gon’ get Wild.
