Alesongの「クラシックカクテルシリーズ」。こちらはマルゲリータからのインスピレーション。そしてAlesong初のテキーラ樽熟成ビール。まずはそのマルゲリータの酸味が感じられるような、ライムとオレゴン州でつくられるシーソルトをいれたゴーゼを醸造。テキーラ部分はSuerte テキーラのAnejoの樽。この樽でねかせることで、テキーラの味わいはもちろん、スモーキーで力強い味わいのビールに。最後に加えるライムとオレンジのピールで、さわやかさと複雑味がプラスされています。

Smooth sand under your toes, warm sunshine on your face, and an ice-cold drink in your hand – it’s margarita season at Alesong! Margarita-inspired beer in the form of Gose Añejo, that is.

For our fourth rendition of this mouthwatering, fan favorite beer, we’ve imitated a classic margarita by brewing this tart, gose-style ale with lime, Jacobson sea salt, and agave syrup. We then aged it in freshly emptied añejo tequila barrels straight from Mexico to give it a touch of earthy, smoky depth, and finished it on lime and orange zest for bright citrus notes. In case you can't slip away for a Mexican beach vacation, this complex and delightfully refreshing beer is the next best thing, we promise.
