カクテルのミモザにインスピレーションを得た、タンジェリンの鮮やかで甘い香りが溢れるオーク樽熟成のサワービール。キング・エステートのすぐ隣で栽培されたピノ・グリとともにフレンチオーク樽で熟成。酸味とジューシーさ、そしてほのかな甘みが調和した爽やかな飲み心地。
Taking inspiration from the classic mimosa, Cuvée Soleil is an oak-aged sour beer that was co-fermented with crushed and destemmed Pinot Gris grapes grown right next door at King Estate to add an unmistakeable white wine character. After aging, the final blend was finished on bright and sweet tangerine purée that provides the perfect balance to the acidity of the base beer.
Tart and juicy with just a hint of sweetness, this refreshing beer will transport you from wherever you are to a leisurely patio brunch with your closest friends. Santé!
