初醸造：黄金色に輝き、軽やかで飲みやすいヘレスは、アルプスマーモットの親しみやすさを映し出しています。仲間と分かち合うために醸された、山の空気のように爽やかで心安らぐビールです。

Twin Peaksの博士のミュンヘン・ヘレスは、まさにバランスの妙です。ほのかにモルティながら甘くなく、心地よい飲みごたえがありながら重たくないです。穀物の香ばしさをわずかに感じつつも荒々しさはなく、ホップの香りも控えめで苦味は穏やかです。ほのかに硫黄由来のニュアンスがありながら、雑味や不快な香りはありません。
クリーンで誠実なバイエルン・ラガー。爽快で、なめらかで、何杯でも飲みたくなる一杯です。

Twin Peaks Dr. Helles is a study in perfect balance: gently malty but not sweet; pleasantly full-bodied yet not heavy; a touch of grain character without being rustic; just a hint of hop aroma without too much bitterness; and the faintest trace of natural sulfur, but no off-flavors.
A clean, honest Bavarian lager — refreshing, smooth, and effortlessly drinkable.
