オーストラリア発祥のトロピカルで爽快なエールビール “Pacific Ale” から着想を得た今回のスタイルはダブルドライホップヘイジーペールエール！！

使用するホップは近年日本でも注目されている新しい希少な個性派ホップの『Anchovy』
柑橘・トロピカル系であり、ダンキーな香りと心地良い甘さが特徴のアンチョビにさらにダンキーなストラタ、甘い香りのネクタロンなどのホップを足し、唯一無二の仕上がりとなりました！

この大物を逃さずにホップが織りなすトロピカルな大波に乗って行きましょう🌊

Inspired by the tropical and refreshing Australian-born ale ‘Pacific Ale’, this style is a double dry-hopped hazy pale ale!!

Featuring the rare and distinctive hop “Anchovy”, which has gained attention in Japan in recent years.
Combining Anchovy’s citrusy, tropical character, its dank aroma and pleasant sweetness with the dank Stratus and sweet-scented Nectarone hops, it has been crafted into a truly unique creation!
