Koduola または Sahti はエストニアやフィンランドに残る伝統的なファームハウスエールの総称で、多くの現代的なビールとは異なり、製造工程で様々な植物を用いて風味付けされることが特徴です。🌿

KBLではその歴史をリスペクトしつつ、メンソールのミントを加え、さらに酵母由来のバナナのようなフルーティーさが融合した全く新しいファームハウスエールです！！

一般的にアルコール度数は高めですが、KBLでは大満足の10%！！

‘Sahti-sfaction / Satisfaction Ale’ Explodes onto the Scene🔥

Koduola or Sahti is the collective name for traditional farmhouse ales preserved in Estonia and Finland. Unlike many modern beers, they are characterised by flavouring with various plants during the brewing process.🌿

KBL pays homage to this heritage while adding menthol mint and blending in a banana-like fruitiness derived from the yeast – creating an entirely new farmhouse ale!!

While typically higher in alcohol, KBL delivers a thoroughly satisfying 10% ABV!!
