Our final collab of 2025 is a big one with our friends @fidensbrewing!
When Steve & Mac of Fidens invite you to celebrate the first-ever Jasper Week by brewing an HPB version of Jasper, you don't hesitate. We're honored to release our take on their legendary Hazy DIPA, alongside so many amazing breweries.
Jasper is a 7.8% ABV Hazy double IPA that showcases one of our favorite hops, Citra! This big hazy DIPA uses a citra combo consisting of Citra T90 & Citra @abstraxhops Quantum to help create a massive flavor experience of orange zest, fresh guava, & tropical fruit smoothie.
For this collab we tried to keep it as close to the original Fidens recipe as possible by using their dry hopping techniques as well as incorporating chit malt & flaked oat to achieve that soft-pillowy Fidens mouthfeel.
