トロピカルフルーツが重なり合うジューシーなヘイジーIPA

「ねっぱる」は、しっかりとしたボディとジューシーさを追求した最新のヘイジーIPAです。モルトにはオーツ麦を20%、小麦を10%、さらに少量のカラメルピルスを加え、まろやかで一体感のある口当たりに仕上げました。

ホップには Mosaic、Citra、Kohia Nelson を使用し、さらに Maui Nelson Hop Kief を加えることで、パッションフルーツ、パイナップル、シトラスといったトロピカルなアロマを存分に引き出しています。

発酵には Mango Madness を使用し、酵母由来のトロピカルフルーツのキャラクターをさらに重ねることで、より複雑でジューシーな味わいに仕上げました。

Nepparu is our latest Hazy IPA, built with a soft and full body using 20% oats, 10% wheat, and a touch of caramel pilsner to round out the beer.

The hop combination includes Mosaic, Citra, Kohia Nelson, and Maui Nelson Hop Kief, delivering waves of passion fruit, pineapple, citrus, and everything you want from a tropical-forward IPA.

We fermented this beer with Mango Madness yeast, adding another layer of tropical fruit complexity and making the beer even more juicy and expressive.
