パシフィック・ノースウエスト産のシトラ、シトラ・クライオ、ストラータホップホップに加え、Abstrax社のモツエカを使用しています。
このコラボレーションは、Pure Projectの醸造統括責任者と、Artifexの共同創業者であるニコラス氏、トム氏との、数十年にわたる家族ぐるみの友情を背景に実現しました。
ライムソルベやラズベリーを思わせるアロマから、パッションフルーツやタンジェリンのフレーバーへと広がり、ひと口ごとに分かち合いたくなる味わいです。

Parallax is a murky IPA brewed in collaboration with Artifex Brewing Company, and infused with Pacific Northwest-grown Citra, Citra Cryo, and Strata hops along with Motueka Abstrax. This collaboration was rooted in a decades-long family friendship between our Director of Brewing Operations and Artifex co-founders, Nicholas and Tom Cordato. Expect bright aromas of lime sorbet and raspberry that give way to passionfruit and tangerine flavors, making every sip a moment worth sharing.
