Celebrating our 100th brew, we present a special botanical lager infused with the soul of Shirakawa: "Tono Hinoki" cypress.
The pristine, woodsy aroma of the hinoki is brightened by a zest of yuzu, creating a crisp and multi-layered profile that feels like a deep breath in a sacred forest. With every sip, you’re not just tasting a craft beer; you’re supporting the land.

A portion of the proceeds from this beer will be donated to local forest conservation groups in Shirakawa. Our goal is to create a cycle where enjoying a great beer naturally leads to the restoration of our mountains.
