ウクライナのブルワリー「Varvar Brew」とのコラボで醸造したこのビールは、
高アルコールのウクライナン·ゴールデンエールと豊かなモルトの甘みに着想を得ています。
ドライホッピングの代わりに、チオールを強く放出する2種の酵母を使用し
独自のアロマを創出。
白ワインやトロピカルフルーツを思わせる風味に、クリーンで軽やかな後味が加わり、爽やかでバランスよく飲みやすい仕上がりです。

We Brewed this beer with Ukrainian brewery Varvar Brew, inspired by the high-ABV Ukrainian Golden Ale style and its rich malt sweetness.
Instead of dry hopping, We used two yeast strains with strong thiol-releasing abilities to create a unique aroma.
The result shows notes of white wine and tropical fruit, with a clean, light finish that keeps it crisp, balanced, and easy drinking.
