今年初め、ホップ・キャプテンたちは、新しくて魅力的なホップを求めて、最南端の島への旅に出ました。「ピキマイ」という伝説の農場について耳にした彼らは、その真相を探るため山奥へと足を踏み入れたのです……
ウェスト・コースト・ブルーイングとのこのダブルコラボレーションでは、2026年収穫の「ピキマイ・チヌーク」を使用しています。このホップは、日本で初めて、坂道、WCB、トトピアの3店舗限定で提供されます。立川では、カットしたパイナップル、マンゴー、青ぶどうの豊かな香りを特徴とするヘイジーIPAを醸造しました。

This double collaboration with West Coast Brewing uses Pikimai Chinook, flown in from the 2026 harvest and available for the first time in Japan exclusively to Sakamichi, WCB, and Totopia. In Tachikawa we made a hazy IPA with big aromas of cut pineapple, mango, and green grapes. Cheers to the new!
